Sustainable Population Australia Submission for the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change

December 10, 2009 • Daily Email Recap

Thanks to Jenny Goldie and John Coulter of Sustainable Population Australia (SPA) for the attached. SPA earlier this year applied for observer status to the current meeting on climate change in Copenhagen. As you probably know, the meeting is part of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), and the meeting is intended draw up a new Protocol/Treaty/Agreement to follow the Kyoto Protocol and to operate post-2012. SPA was granted such status in May, and their submission was duly accepted and can be found attached and on the UNFCCC website at http://unfccc.int/resource/docs/2009/smsn/ngo/141.pdf
