A story is only powerful if it's heard. Population Media Center produces programs for the most powerful medium.

People in different parts of the world have access to different media. Population Media Center (PMC) conducts a media audit in every country or region before planning a program to understand what’s available and where people get their news and entertainment. Because PMC works in many developing countries, radio is often far more prevalent than TV. In fact, in many countries, people gather around the radio as a community to listen to PMC programming. For instance, PMC’s program Ruwan Dare was broadcast in four states in Nigeria and was listened to at least once per week by 72 percent of the population.
