500 million people live healthier lives because of Population Media Center's entertainment-education programming. When you have an approach creating positive social change on that scale, you can't keep it to yourself. You have to share it.

Population Media Center (PMC) is a nonprofit leader in entertainment-education. We are experts in using pop culture for social good – producing serial dramas for radio, TV, and social media to role model healthy behavior through relatable characters. PMC’s approach is effective and follows specific guidelines that can be imparted to other organizations, which is why media companies, governments, other nonprofits, and universities contact us to teach them about PMC’s methodology. PMC wants to empower others looking to use entertainment-education for social good. PMC has conductedtrainings and workshops around the world, including in the Philippines, Haiti, Vietnam, South Africa, Botswana, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi, Swaziland, Mexico, and Brazil. Teamwork and collaboration empower more people to effectively use entertainment to positively impact issues like health, human rights, and environmental protection. The world needs more positive role models.
