Charity is responsible for developing dynamic impact and partnership strategies across PMC’s U.S. podcast projects. She is currently leading the impact campaigns for the U.S. Content’s two podcasts, Crossing the Line and The State of: Women. She is also working to more broadly develop strategies in alignment with PMC’s goals for measurable change. Charity has previous experience and significant success as an impact director. Compelled by the power of media to change knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, Charity brings a thoughtful and creative approach to her work.

Charity believes strongly in community-centered design – ensuring that those most impacted by an issue are thoroughly engaged in the design and review of a project is critical to its impact success. Charity likes that PMC integrates this theory of change.

Charity loves to dance, paint, hike, travel, read, and spend quality time with her daughter – a future leader.
