Barbara Johnson

Head of Core Business Operations

Barbara provides operational leadership across all internal functions, ensuring that PMC’s people, systems, finances, and administrative infrastructure are aligned and running effectively to support the organization’s mission. Key responsibilities include Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting, Technology and Systems, and Compliance Management. She has more than 35 years of experience as a human resources leader in higher education and with nonprofit and corporate organizations.

Before PMC, Barbara was Director of Total Compensation at Harvard University and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dartmouth College and the University of Vermont.
