Charles Kalonga, MBA
Charles develops and maintains strong working relationships with donors, Zambian government ministries and agencies, and other implementation partners to maximize resources and sustainability. He oversees a motivated, disciplined team. He develops annual project work plans and budgets, while also ensuring that PMC-Zambia projects are technically sound, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of Zambia, its people, and project donors.
Immediately before joining PMC, Charles was managing director for a Care International Zambia Social Enterprise, Live Well Ltd. Previously, Charles worked in the pharmaceuticals and health care fields. He was Marketing Director and Programs Director for Marie Stopes International and was Sales Manager and Program Operations Director with Society for Family Health, an affiliate of Population Services International. He also worked in sales and marketing for FMS Pharmaceuticals, an agent for Proctor & Gamble in East Africa.

Charles enjoys watching sports: Formula 1 racing, English Premier League football (soccer), and the NBA.
