David Walker, MBA

David manages oversight of all PMC teams and functions. He’s responsible for leading organizational strategy development and implementation, including optimizing financial resource allocation. Previously, he worked for 20 years at Population Services International (PSI), leading country teams in Kenya and Malawi and serving as global marketing director.
