Kristin Thomas, MSPH
Kristin oversees field office operations in Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nepal, and Uganda. She works to support the Country Directors in all areas of their work, including overseeing the smooth implementation of programming, research, and fundraising. Projects in her portfolio focus on family planning, adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health, child marriage, gender-based violence, civic participation, and maternal and child health.
Previously, Kristin spent several years working in the reproductive health sector in East Africa and Francophone West Africa, including as a senior international advocacy associate at PAI and as a global health corps fellow at Planned Parenthood Global in Uganda. She fell in love with global health during a college semester abroad in India, Argentina, and South Africa, and she has never looked back.
