MIKE FICKLING
As a new business development associate, Mike assists with the development and management of proposals, nurtures existing partner relationships, and creates relationships with partners in alignment with PMC values. Additionally, Mike represents PMC in meetings with donors and potential partners, and works with the NBD team to plan project development trips in countries in which we’re hoping to implement.
Before joining PMC, Mike served with other international NGOs supporting project operations and logistics on projects commissioned by institutions/donors such as The Global Fund, UNAIDS, USAID, and Save the Children. Mike has also served as a Public Health Volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corps in both Fairfax County, Virginia and Philadelphia, and as a Health Access Liaison for the Nationalities Service Center via Americorps in Philadelphia.

In his free time, Mike enjoys hiking with his dogs, traveling, indulging in theater and movies, writing short stories, exploring new culinary delights as a foodie, attending concerts, and wine tasting.
