MIKE FICKLING
Mike optimizes donation revenue by identifying potential donors, and tracking, analyzing, and interpreting donor data, campaign metrics, and market trends. He creates reports, builds dashboards, and segments audiences to improve donor retention and acquisition.
Before joining PMC, Mike served with other international NGOs supporting project operations and logistics on projects commissioned by institutions/donors such as The Global Fund, UNAIDS, USAID, and Save the Children. Mike has also served as a Public Health Volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corps in both Fairfax County, Virginia and Philadelphia, and as a Health Access Liaison for the Nationalities Service Center via Americorps in Philadelphia.
