Samuel DiChiara

Research, Evaluation & Learning Specialist

Samuel blends narrative change and SRHR expertise with strong analytical and writing skills, qualitative and quantitative research skills, and the communications capacity to translate research into timely, audience-appropriate content.

Before joining PMC, Samuel served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, working as a Spanish language literacy promoter in a public school. He also has experience working in a nonprofit setting with at-risk populations.
