Natalia Cereser
Natalia Cereser is our Vice President of International Programs, responsible for the evolution and innovation of PMC’s entertainment-education program designs and methodology. Naty takes a people-centric approach, focusing on skill-building, measurable results, media insight, and respect for each unique context. She is digital + analog by choice.
Based in Guatemala, Naty is a passionate “people person” who believes in the power of marketing for social good. She has over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, leading the PMC-Guatemala team since 2018 and specializing in leading NGO SBCC projects for World Vision, Rainforest Alliance, UNICEF, and Johns Hopkins, among others.
Prior to joining PMC, she was the General Manager at Lafábrica&jotabequ/Grey, a leading marketing and communications agency in Guatemala and around the world. Naty made sure every marketing solution was founded on a sound strategy and achieved results. She led the account team, planning team, BTL team, and digital team. Naty also teaches courses in communication, marketing, personal branding, and media strategy, including a study tour in New York for advertising and marketing and teaching at the Master’s level in market intelligence and advertising research.

Naty is the mother of two boys, and she enjoys her free time with friends and family – always learning, from simple to complex everyday things. She loves to stay curious.
