Senior Advisor, Issue Advocacy

Joe is an expert on population, family-planning, and other global sustainability issues related to PMC’s mission. He works with PMC’s Executive, Development, and Marketing and Communications teams to ensure effective advocacy messaging. He monitors and analyzes trends in PMC’s focus issue areas, the field of social change communications, and PMC’s operational landscape and communicates these findings to both external and internal audiences.
