Director of Research, Evaluation, and Impact

The Director of Research, Evaluation, and Impact is responsible for the overall quality of PMC’s qualitative and quantitative research discipline. The position oversees all aspects of PMC research including developing terms of reference, overseeing in-country research contracts, developing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans, conducting in-country trainings and capacity building, and analyzing and disseminating impact results that inform future programs. The position involves travel to developing countries where PMC programs are active. The position also involves designing and facilitating qualitative and quantitative research for PMC projects worldwide and preparing the results of evaluation studies for publication in peer-reviewed journals.  The position reports to the Executive Vice President.
