Human Resources Administrator

Population Media Center (PMC) seeks an experienced HR Generalist to work in its Headquarters office, serving as Human Resources Administrator for its 20+ US-based employees.

Operating globally, PMC’s vision is a sustainable planet with equal rights for all. Our entertainment-education programs empower people around the world to live healthier lives and live sustainably with the world’s renewable resources.

The HR Administrator oversees all human resources functions and ensures they are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with HR practices, HR Information Systems, and employee management. The HR Administrator acts as an internal consultant on human resources management and organizational change.

0.5 FTE with prorated benefit package. $27-$33/hr. based on experience.

Minimum qualifications
• 3-5 years of proven work experience as an HR generalist
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal-oriented; demonstrated experience with HR metrics
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and applicable best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred
